Knockbarry Farm
Helen is Senior Partner at Knockbarry Farm outside Pitlochry in Perthshire. Knockbarry is a hill sheep farm with a contract distillery, venue, and a venison social enterprise called Fair Feast.
Fair Feast is a non-profit that processes deer from areas of extreme overpopulation into venison parcels for food banks and community larders. Fair Feast sales fund food donations and in the last year Fair Feast has donated 2.5 tonnes in venison. In the last fortnight Helen has opened the first ever Social Enterprise Butcher Shop where the public can fund the change they wish to see in their community through their purchases.
Helen recently took part in The Agritourism Programme run by Scottish Agritourism.
