Ailsa Roberts
I graduated from university last year in June and joined Lloyds Banking Group as a risk graduate. I am currently working in credit in Insurance, Pensions and Investment.
While my day-to-day job is in a bank, I have connections to agritourism growing up in a farming family. I have an appreciation and understanding for agriculture and how agritourism can address contemporary concerns in the farming industry.
My hope for the programme is to gain a better understanding of the possibilities and opportunities in the field of agritourism. Also, to learn about the practices for running and managing a successful agritourism business. I am super excited to be visiting Scottish Parliament and I look forward to meeting people who also have an interest and passion in the industry.
