Jane Taylor

Jane is an Economic Development Officer at Angus Council looking after sectors including tourism. Jane is Chair of SLAED (Scottish Local Authorities Economic Development) which brings together all of Scotland’s local authority personnel responsible for economic development. She also sits on Scotland’s National Agritourism Board representing local authorities.
From 2010 Jane led on the development and delivery of Angus Council’s golf tourism strategy, working with industry and partners locally, nationally and internationally, to promote the destination through the Carnoustie Country campaign. Over the last 12 months she has increasingly expanded her remit across the wider tourism sector.
