I am 19 years old and I have spent my whole working life on a variety of farms doing a variety of different jobs from lambing and calving to dosing and tagging and so much more. I enjoy working in a team or alone, I have also worked in hospitality and I have just completed my HND in Agriculture at Edinburgh. I am currently the secretary in my local young farmers club, I have completed many sports coaching achievements being a NASA graduate, YA programme and Sport Scotland Delivery Team when at high school.
I am particularly interested in learning more about diversification opportunities such as agritourism, educational farm experiences, farm retail, or developing local produce and direct sales. I would also like to improve my knowledge of business management, marketing, and sustainable farming.
My long-term goal is to create a successful and resilient business.
